π€ Four Robots Are Running a Multi-Million Dollar Company (And Here's How You Can Too)
What if I told you that an AI named "Falco" is closing $10,000 deals while human sales reps are stuck at $2,400?
And that's not even the craziest part.
Johan from White Label Suite (now Prospect Falcon) just walked me through how four bots and one VA are running an entire company that's crushing it in monthly recurring revenue. No massive team. No HR headaches. Just smart automation doing the heavy lifting.
But before we get into the AI magic, let me tell you the origin story because it's actually hilarious. π’
The Accidental Empire: From 12 Clients to 2,000 in Weeks π
Johan's business partnership with Walt started at a breakfast meeting during COVID lockdown.
The Setup:
π Johan was locked down in Melbourne for 9 months (couldn't leave 5km from his house!)
ποΈ Finally got released and flew to the Gold Coast (where Walt lives - "best beaches in the world")
β Johan woke up at 5am (family sleeping), messaged Walt for breakfast
π‘ Walt was building like 8 different tools
Johan's observation: "Dude, what if you put them ALL together and sold it as ONE offer, one company, one avatar?"
Walt had never thought of that. He did it. Made a bunch of money. Asked Johan to be a business partner.
Johan said no... at first. π
The Turning Point:
When Johan saw the leads tool, he couldn't stop thinking about it.
Finally agreed to work with Walt until December (this was April) with a written agreement: "You can kick me out anytime. I'm going to prove my worth."
First 6 months? 12 clients. It sucked.
Why? They were trying to sell HighLevel AND 8 other pieces of software. Clients couldn't get their heads around ONE tool, let alone EIGHT.
Then they asked their 12 clients: "What are you actually using?"
Every single one: "Leads. Leads. Leads."
π‘ Changed the narrative to focus on leads β Got to a "pretty significant number" in monthly recurring revenue FAST.
The White Label Explosion:
Someone in the GHL community said: "If you white label this, I GUARANTEE you'll get everyone on board."
After "a little too much rum" they decided to white label it. πΉ
Week 1: Onboarded 100 clients (they previously had 12) Week 2: 200 clients Week 3: 500 clients A couple months later: 2,000 clients
They couldn't cope. The HighLevel community RALLIED behind them - support companies ran events and onboarded clients WITHOUT EVEN ASKING FOR ANYTHING.
That's how cool this community is. π
Fast Forward: The AI Company That Runs Itself π€―
Johan went for a walk with his puppy and ChatGPT (as one does).
He spent 20 minutes giving voice prompts to ChatGPT with this objective:
"Build $10 million in recurring revenue for a brand new company by the end of next year."
He provided:
The team details
The resources
The tool capabilities
Everything
Two hours later: ChatGPT came back with a 400-page book including:
β Ads to run
β Video scripts
β Who to reach out to
β How to reach them
The Big Epiphany:
ChatGPT said: "Hey, you're targeting GHL agencies - a micro niche. Why not target EVERYBODY in sales?"
Boom. Prospect Falcon was born. (This was literally ONE MONTH AGO when Johan told me this!)
The Four-Bot System:
Bot 1 - Lead Generation: Finds all the sales people, account executives, SDRs, account directors. Tells them about the AI tool in beta. Offers $50 coupon. Shares 3-minute video.
Bot 2 - Closebot: They click, watch video, chat with the bot. Getting SOLD by AI. Voice AI making $10,000 sales while human sales team makes $2,400 sales.
Bot 3 - Haley (Onboarding): Onboards new customers automatically.
Bot 4 - Haley (Support & Upsell): Supports them and upsells them.
The Human: One VA makes sure the bots aren't saying anything stupid.
The sales team's reaction? Freaking out. π
"Who's Falco? When are you going to introduce us to Falco?"
"Guys... Falco is an AI."
Welcome to the Age Where Business Runs Itself π―
Johan's point: You've got the leads coming in at the top, then tools to close them, deliver, support, and onboard.
You now live in an age where the business can run itself. Finally. π
The White Label Suite Deep Dive π
Let me break down what this tool actually DOES (spoiler: it's insane):
1. People Search π₯
Find literally anyone:
Filters: CEO, agency, location (Las Vegas in Johan's demo)
Additional filters:
Job title, department, management level
When they changed jobs
Skills, years of experience
Employee count, revenue
Why revenue matters: If you're selling $200 packages to companies doing $1M+, they'll laugh you out of the room. Too cheap. They don't understand it.
But if you're selling $50,000 packages? NOW you're talking their language. π°
What you get:
Photos (skip the ones without - they're incomplete profiles)
All their social profiles
Year of birth
ALL email addresses
ALL skills
Job history
Their mobile number π±
Then you can:
β Send directly to your CRM
β Trigger campaigns in HighLevel
β Download as CSV for Facebook lookalike/custom audiences
β Find 1,000 people in 10 minutes
2. Company Search π’
Find companies by type and location (Johan used restaurants in Chicago):
Shows you:
πΊοΈ Interactive map view
β Review ratings
π₯ Number of employees
π§ Email addresses for key people
π¨βπ³ Executive chef details
π Google Analytics status
π» What platform they're built on
Johan's example: One restaurant had 4,671 reviews... built on Squarespace. π¬
"Come on guys, let's get you a professional website happening!"
The power: You can message them with context:
"Hey Michael, I know you work at [Steakhouse Name] and this is why I'm reaching out..."
Personal. Contextual. Effective.
3. Domain Search π
Know a specific company you want to work with? Find EVERYONE who works there.
Johan's example: Forbes
Want to talk to Forbes about how AI is changing business? Find the reporter. Send them a pre-written press release.
Johan's secret: "Reporters are kind of lazy. If you do the work and send it to them, they'll publish it because they don't have to."
(By the way, any reporters listening - that was a joke! π)
4. Influencer Search π (BRAND NEW!)
This feature is ONE WEEK OLD as of the interview:
Search by:
Location (Johan used New York)
Minimum followers (1,000+)
Description/niche (fashion in his demo)
What you get (insane detail):
π§ Email address
π Average likes per post (9,700 in his example)
π Linktree, Pinterest, YouTube
#οΈβ£ Hashtags they use
π― Brand mentions
π₯ Who follows them (Demi Lovato, Conor McGregor in his example!)
π Audience demographics
π Gender split
π£οΈ Languages
π₯ Lookalike followers
The strategy: Partner with them β Get access to their audience of celebrities and influencers.
All this data pulls directly into HighLevel. π
The AI Writing Assistant π€
Built right in:
Trains on YOUR business
Understands THEIR business
Crafts personalized messages
Generates ideal client profiles
Creates email sequences automatically
Then it pushes everything to HighLevel workflows. No copy-pasting. No manual work.
They give you snapshots with templates. Install, connect, done. β
How They Get Data (NOT Like Zoom Info) π΅οΈ
Zoom Info's method: Free Chrome extension that reads your email signature and grabs data when you email people. (Costs $24,000/year btw)
Johan asked them: "How did you know about a merger happening in Dubai?"
Their answer: "We read all the emails."
Johan's reaction: Highly unethical.
White Label Suite's method: Different. Ethical. And way cheaper.
The Pricing That Makes Sense π°
Monthly: $197/month
1,000 credits per month
All features included
Annual: $1,497/year
12,000 credits
All snapshots
Everything to get running
VIP onboarding (now takes 2 hours instead of 2-3 days!)
What changed? Walt broke onboarding into 2-minute videos: "Go here, click this, click that. Done. Did you do it? Great, next one."
No more "What's DMARC? Where do I set that up?" confusion.
The Cold Outreach Philosophy π§
They believe in the Dream 100 method:
If you could reach out to 100 ideal clients this month - that's it. That's all you need.
They are NOT a tool to blast 10,000 emails hoping for one reply. That's spam. Waste of time.
Their method:
"Hey Jenna, you've got an awesome Facebook group. We've got an awesome product that could benefit the group. How about we get on a phone call and talk about if we can partner?"
Real. Personal. Effective.
Yes, use a separate HighLevel sub-account for cold outreach. Follow proper principles. π
The Joint Venture Masterclass π€
This is where Johan REALLY shines. Here's his strategy that grew a company to $20M in 4 years:
The "Give First" Strategy:
Johan entered the building management niche (mobile apps for buildings).
8 competitors in the space.
He went to EACH ONE and said:
"Hey, I'm going to pitch to these people. I know they're YOUR ideal client. You want to pitch too. How about you tell me about your product and I'll pitch it FOR YOU?"
Their reaction: "What do you want?"
Johan: "Nothing. I want nothing. I'll prove it."
They gave him materials. He pitched. Won a $50,000+ deal for them.
From a random dude who wanted nothing. π€―
He did this with 3 companies. Then asked for a percentage of future sales.
The Bundled Offer:
His pitch became: "My product, your product, your product, your product."
Clients loved it - only deal with ONE company instead of three.
Then 2 other companies came BEGGING to be included.
The result:
β Offer included 5 companies (including his)
β His sales team sold their stuff (great commissions)
β Locked in contracts (clients didn't want to deal with 5 separate companies)
β The 5 companies started selling HIS stuff (reciprocity!)
β Sales all day long from multiple sources
Growth: $20 million in 4 years. π₯
The "You're One Deal Away" Mindset πͺ
Johan's biggest piece of advice:
You're only ONE DEAL away from changing your entire life.
That one deal can put you on a completely different trajectory.
His Story:
Started selling websites for $500 in 2008. Thought it was amazing!
Until he realized it cost $1,500 to deliver (VAs, time, resources). π¬
The pivot: Got really good at building websites fast and cheap.
Went to 36 agencies in Melbourne:
"Can I build your websites? I know you have scope creep. Your salespeople cost a lot. How about you get more salespeople and give your developers to me because I have the best developers in the world?"
Result: 36 agencies sending him work every day. Built a team of 100 people white-labeling websites.
Then: After websites, clients needed Google ads, Facebook ads, social media.
Partnered with other companies. Sent referrals. Got 20% kickback on everything.
(Digital agencies make 20% profit, so he asked for 20% commission - fair!)
Passive income streams while focusing on what he did best.
Advice for the Struggling π
Johan's message: It's GOOD that you're struggling.
Why? Because everyone has to go through it. Every single person who's made it has been there.
Everything you're going through? We've ALL done it.
Hit that desperation point of "I just need ONE win!"
You will. That one deal can change your trajectory.
For Those Just Starting:
Get good at ONE thing. Forget shiny object syndrome.
Focus. Get really good at it.
Partner with "competitors" - they're not competitors, they're potential best friends.
Then take on the world together. π
The Walking Camino Revelation πΆββοΈ
Fun fact: Johan took 6 months off (January to June) to walk the Camino de Santiago with his father (from Spain across to France).
Told his business partner: "This is immovable. The business needs to run without me."
What happened? When he came back, the business was bigger and better.
Walt had tinkered with everything, upgraded the software. Johan logged in and had no idea how to use it. π
"It's like a Porsche - there's 200 buttons and I don't know which one to press!"
The lesson: Build systems that run without you. That's true scalability.
The Bottom Line π―
We're living in an age where:
β AI can close $10,000 sales
β Four bots can run an entire company
β You can find anyone, anywhere, for any partnership
β Joint ventures beat competition every time
β One deal can change everything
The opportunity is massive. The tools exist. The strategies work.
You just have to take action and remember:
You're one deal away. π
